Refund Policy
Welcome to Swift Driving Academy!
Swift Driving Academy is owned and operated by Swift Driving Academy.
This refund policy applies to all services offered by Swift Driving Academy through:

(Hereinafter referred to as “Swift Driving Academy”).
Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
- INDIVIDUAL LESSONS Individual lessons will have an expiration time of 180 days from the purchase of the individual lesson. In cases where the user does not schedule the lesson, the user may request a refund for the lesson within 180 days of the lesson purchase. In cases where the user purchases the individual lesson and does not schedule the lesson within 180 days of purchase, the lesson will expire and the user will not be eligible for a refund.
In the case of cancellation of individual lessons already scheduled, a minimum of 24hours notice is required to cancel the lesson for a full refund. Please note that no refund will be issued if cancellation requests are submitted within 24hours prior to the scheduled lesson time.
- PACKAGES Students may request a refund of the package only after the first class. In cases where the student requests a refund of the package, the student will be charged for each individual class taken from the package and the remaining value of the package will be refunded to the student.
All packages must be completed and consumed within 12 months from the date of package purchase. After this period, the package will expire and the pending and unscheduled lesson(s) will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
- LATE CANCELLATIONS (applies to packages) A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any lesson cancellations:
- Any cancellation notice received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson date and time is subject to a $40.00 payment fee.
- Any cancellation notice received less than 24 hours of the scheduled lesson date and time is subject to a payment for the full amount of the applicable lesson.
- Students who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment will be responsible for the full amount of the lesson.
REFUND PROCESSING Once the refund has been requested in the cases mentioned above, the refund may take up to 5 working days to be processed. The refund will be made through the original payment method or may be made through the payment method agreed between the user and Swift Driving Academy.
